EXO MAMA MV Review
Okay so this is going to be my review for the EXO MV’s. So just read if you’re intrested. Otherwise just watch the videos. I will start with EXO-K. First i want to say that i didn’t like the whole MV. Especially the narration and the whole monk/cult thingy at the beginning of the MV doesn’t fit at all in my opinion. Secondly scared Kai the shit out of me with his face tattoos at the bridge part but anyways.
I liked how they mixed the members of both groups in the dancebreak with Kai, Luhan from EXO-K and Xiumin, Lay, Luhan and Tao from EXO-M. All of them are strong dancers. Especially Kai, Sehun, Luhan and Lay. They also have a slightly different choreography compared to the showcase. At some parts all of the 12 members can seen. Great mix.
I liked the song from the very first time i’ve heard it but was a bit scared of the lyrics that they would dissapoint me big time. After reading the translated lyrics i have to say that they are hella intense and now i just LOVE this song. Meaningful, deep and simply dark. YAY! But one thing SM … how about throwing some more lines towards SeHun and Chanyeol please? I mean SeHun just had one little short sentence in the whole freaking song! You can’t be serious about that!
One last thing … after watching the MV is discovered some versus thingy between the powers, members and both groups. It seems like each member of their respective group has a power opponent in the other group.
